Husband is a graphic designer and he was a tiny little bit smug when he saw these disastrous logo designs. (Husband forgets that when he was younger he actually had a client reject a proposed logo because she thought it looked phallic.)

Arlington Pediatric Center changed their logo quickly after it became an internet sensation.

Clearly no one at the Office of Government Commerce Oil and Gas Commission of British Columbia thought to turn their new logo on its side! (It reportedly cost them $28,000.)

The Institute of Oriental Studies at Federal University of Santa Catarina in Brazil hastily withdrew their logo when they realized it could be seen as something other than a pagoda in front of a setting sun.
