In Glasgow, Scotland, they deep fry meat pies
Disgusting!!!!!!!!
I've also seen "Deep Fried Beer" somewhere.
I think I could really get into the deep-fried meat pies, but I'm not sure about the beer. Beer needs to be served ice cold!
oh dear.
Fantastic! People were just asking me about deep fried chocolate chip cookies...and here you have cookie dough! Fantastic!!
Almost had a heart attack just reading that. Amazing! Deep fried snails are good... and deep fried frogs legs too.
I think the apples, bananas, and cheese curds would be the best.
oh my goodness. ive always wanted to try deep fried oreos. yumm and fried pickles are amazing! but olives! oh man. divine!everything looks so good! i feel so .... guilty.
Deep fried tofu. That is amazing.
Deep fried tofu is a pretty common food in most countries in Asia...and it tastes far, far better than normal tofu.
I've had fried dilly's... they're awesome with ranch dressing. Also, fried cheese curds are frequently seen on the menu in Wisconsin.
I haven't had, but I've seen fried mac & cheese, and the rest mostly look good too!!
There's not a food item in the world you can't seep fry. Check out Deep Fried Balls of Butter.
I'm not so sure about the deep-fried butter. It sounds kinda...wrong!
I'm gonna go ahead and say "yuck!" to all of those...
except deep fried tofu, which is really tasty! And I might give the olives a chance too.
If you think deep-fried cheese curds are unusual, you've obviously never been to Wisconsin -- every fair has at least five tents selling them, and you'll find them on the menu at any suitably greasy restaurant.
As for the others...just looking at the pictures might induce a heart attack. And who deep-fries a Cadbury Creme Egg, of all things?
That deep fried cadbury creme egg looks friggin awesome!
Anyways - most of this is available at the Texas State Fair. They have a competition every year to see what the most unique fried food is. Last year it was fried latte - lol.
drool!
We used to have a restaurant here that served deep fried milk. How they did it, I have no clue. But, man, was it addicting!
nice post
That deep fried Cheeseburgers looks awesome! Thanks for this nice post.

I Buy Barbeques
That's Manly.
...and people wonder why americans are fat...
in pittsburgh at the resturant across from heinz field (the one owned by jermone bettis)you can get a deep fried meatloaf sandwhich.
That sounds really tasty (if you'll excuse me, I need to take a break right now and have some supper).
I'm lovin' that cheesecake! lol, I can see how I might get a heart attack, but it would so be worth it.

Wow. The tofu looks good..but it really isnt that good, considering what it is. Number 13 doesnt reall suprise me, Which my Granny made those when i was younger, As of im only 10 now.
So wrong!!! Burgers and pizzas do not need deep frying!
I recently came across this article and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Really a nice post here!
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for stopping by! :)
i feel fat after just reading this :|
Relly good article. on extra point. always make your article, page or post super interesting to read. make people want come back for more.
Deep fried tofu is on this list? Really? I've been eating deep fried tofu since I was a kid. It's not THAT hard to find as long as you walk into an asian restaurant.
Then again, most American asian restaurants would replace this with stuff like "chicken balls"...ugh...what disgrace to Chinese food is this???
